Rush Hour NYC is a free event. By signing up, joining a team, or participating in any way, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You participate entirely at your own risk. This is a voluntary activity.
- The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, losses, theft, or damages of any kind incurred before, during, or after the event.
- You will follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws at all times.
- You will not trespass, jaywalk unsafely, or engage in reckless or dangerous behavior.
- You are solely responsible for your own safety, health, and the safety of your teammates.
- You grant Rush Hour NYC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any photos or other content you submit, however we choose. In practice we'll only use them to promote future hunts and on our social media.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, scoring, challenges, timing, or any aspect of the event at any time without prior notice.
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team or participant for any reason.
- Prizes (if any) are awarded at organizer discretion and are not guaranteed.
- This event is not affiliated with the MTA, NYC Parks, or any government entity.
